- A single node cluster provides a perfect shared environment for multiple developers. Workload Management can ensure fair sharing of resources. Auto-pause and resume policies are used to optimize costs without inconveniencing users.
- Entry level analytics platform: for 5-10 active BI reports (50-100 active users) and moderately complex ad hoc queries across a few 100GBs to a few TBs of data.
- Replication target: A single node cluster can be used as the target for continuous replication from another Yellowbrick instance in the same cloud, a different cloud or even on-premises. The cluster can be elastically scaled after a DR event to the right size for the production environment.
